Monika Wojnakowska
Monika was born and raised in Poland. She has a very international background and speaks fluently few
languages including her native Polish, English, French, Swedish, Russian and Norwegian.
In 2013 Monika graduated with honors from Keller Graduate School of Management with Masters of
Accounting and Financial Management.
Alfred Fernandez Alpizar
Managing Partner & Chief Advisor
Mr. Fernandez Alpizar’s experience at KPMG coupled with his CPA and Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law has led him being a well-rounded professional focused in Tax, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
Experienced in SEC Financial Reporting, Mergers & Acquisitions, Carve-Out (Spin-offs) and Tax Compliance he has successfully led Management staff and achieved financial goals while revolutionizing processes in various industries as Chief Financial Officer.
His vast experience spans both the public and private sectors, in roles ranging from Controller to CFO and Director.
Prior to joining the East Coast Financial Management team Mr. Fernandez Alpizar has served as Chief Financial Officer at First Level Entertainment Group, Inc. a publicly held company; MediaNet Group Technologies, Inc., a publicly held company; Money Express Financial Corp., a privately traded international money service company, and Controller of Meryl Lynch Hubbard, a subsidiary of Meryl Lynch.
