Monika was born and raised in Poland. She has a very international background and speaks fluently few
languages including her native Polish, English, French, Swedish, Russian and Norwegian.
In 2013 Monika graduated with honors from Keller Graduate School of Management with Masters of
Accounting and Financial Management.
Lana Fuller

Lana Fuller has more than 24 years providing strategic and business advice for companies related to security, transportation, infrastructure, procurement, manufacturing, non-profits and management consulting. Her experience extends across several companies in which she has worked in different including: Atlantix Partners as a Consulting Manager, YMCA as Director of Finance, TYCO INTERNATIONAL as Accounting Supervisor, Bagley Consulting LLC as Controller, THE HUCK GROUP, Inc. as an Assistant Controller and C&L Tiling, Inc as Controller.
Lana is a proven leader with extensive management experience rejuvenating mature businesses through identification of innovative strategies, team building and aggressive new business development. Lana has a strong background in operations, administration, field operations, estimating, contracting, purchasing, human resources, strategic planning, finance and accounting, marketing and sales with extensive experience operating in a highly competitive environment. She is extremely sensitive to cash flow and profit margins considerations, comfortable with companies characterized by multi-national, multi-transitional operations where appropriate systems and controls are mandatory. Lana’s successes are based on her ability to identify and execute unique competitive strategies across multiple channels to the client.
Lana is a member of the Certified Management Accountants (CMA), holds a Master’s in Accounting from Moscow University, an equivalent of Bachelors’ in Accounting as certified by the University of Illinois and is pursuing a CPA designation. Additionally, she serves on numerous committees and panels including procurement, management, and business development. She is proficient in software including: Abila MRP, Daxko Accounting, Daxko Operations, QuickBooks, Peachtree/Sage 50, SAP, Mass 200, Great Plains, BAAN, Oracle, Blackline, Rapid, JE Webtool, HFM, and Hyperion.
